The new Point Breeze location will cater to Professional & Christian Women who Have discriminating taste. “It’s time for Pittsburgh to address the needs of all Christian woman”, states owner , Cheryl Spencer. She continues, “Local department stores do not always carry our “holiness“ styles. Our vision is to offer Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities a diverse selection of gorgeous suits, such as Donna Vinci, Lisa Rene, Lloyd Williams, Ben Marc International, GMI and Natalli Barri just to name a few. Jasmine’s will not only feature designer suits, but also matching hats, handbags & accessories.
Professional women will appreciate such designers as Ben Marc Executive, Ashro, Broadway, etc. A VIP Private invitation only showing took place, on Friday, June 30th. “ We wanted to take an opportunity to invite the Church community and Business leaders in for a special sneak preview in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere“, Spencer concludes.
 Regular hours are Tuesdays 12:00 - 8:00 PM, Wed & Thurs. 10 AM- 6 PM, Fri. 10 AM- 5 PM and Sat 10 AM- 4 PM. Cheryl and her husband, Robert Spencer, bring an impressive professional background in Finance, Customer service, Accounting and Business Administration to their new venture. Cheryl Spencer is an Elder and her husband Robert a Deacon at Bibleway Christian Fellowship Church, Rev. Dr. Mitch Nickols, Pastor. The Spencers’ have been blessed with (2) children, Nicole and Robert II, and (1) grand daughter, Jasmine.

Brief Business Profile on Jasmine's & the Owner
What type of business/services? Jasmine’s is a Christian based retail store, that wants to bring an overdue service to the Christian and Professional women of Pittsburgh. We will sale the high quality designer suits that up to now could only be purchased in other cities or through the internet.
How did you get started? I am a graduate of Robert Morris College, with a degree in Finance, and have worked in Corporate America for over 30 years and there is no doubt in my mind, that all that experience was for this season of my life. Jasmine’s was a only a thought, six months ago, and by letting God have control, and a praying family, effective July this dream will become a reality. I’ve always been blessed, but didn’t know just how blessed until God made a way out of no way, and helped me create Jasmine’s. He is my strength and my rock. There is no doubt in my mind that my customers will fill a difference in the atmosphere when they enter this place.
What do you like about Pittsburgh? I was born and raised here. The eldest of ten children, born to strong parents,that taught us that anything is possible. Pittsburgh has its problems, but I have learned to overcome with hard work and determination. I have been married to Robert E. Spencer Sr. for 32 years and have two wonderful children, both college graduates, and a beautiful grand daughter.
