Jeff Benson, Jr., President of the film production company Fear No Man Productions, LLC,  has been described as a writer/director extraordinaire.  He grew up in Pittsburgh s Hill District and is a proud graduate of Schenley High School.  Jeff founded Fear No Man Productions in 2003 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Recently Jeff has been busy traveling the east coast screening his latest feature film, She s Got It.   After making several successful stops in Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, the film makes it way to Pittsburgh on Saturday, August 25th.  Jeff will be on hand at a special screening held at the Improv Comedy Club on the Waterfront in Homestead.

The movie s plot is centered on Taylor, a highly confident and career driven woman who finds herself juggling the need to constantly achieve in her career and dealing with the emotional dips of her personal life.  A chaotic life which includes a boyfriend, and a boss, who happens to be an ex-boyfriend: each personal turn in Taylor's life is filled with deceit and self indulgence, not to mention the entrance of her step-sister.  Just when Taylor thought she had it all under control, she s finds it all raveling apart and it quickly leads her to make some serious decisions regarding her career and personal life.

Jeff commented that he was very pleased and happy to work with such a strong cast and applaud their excellent performances and belief in the film.

She s Got It, has been well received by audiences all over, proving the stereotypical assumptions regarding independent films are false.  No longer will the consumer assume that all independent films are produced and cast with average talent.  In today s world of the modern entrepreneur, and more people willing to take a chance on something new, the independent filmmakers and the films being produced are being lined up side by side with some of the great films produced by the larger more established filmmakers.

Jeff became interested in writing while in high school, where it took a back seat to his involvement in sports during his high school and college years.  It wasn t until after graduating from college and working his first job, he decided to take a leap and go back to his love of writing and taking to another level.

His love of writing and producing has paid off well, in the past few years Jeff Benson and Fear No Man Productions has made great achievements, in which his screenplay "Pharaoh's Reign" placed first runner up in the Indie Black Film Festival held in Atlanta, GA, and also won First Place in the San Francisco Black Film Festival, as well as receiving runner up honors in the BHERC Film Festival screenwriting contest.

Fear No Man Productions has also completed filming of a short film, "All Falls Down", and feature film, "Elevators".   The film Elevators was accepted into the Hartford International Film Festival and the Hip Hop Odyssey International Film Festival.

Jeff has molded Fear No Man Productions into a video production company not afraid to venture outside the comfortable limits of the film industry.
